Return and Refund Policies
If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order. Using the "CONTACT US" or Just Drop us a CHAT Message here.
Should you receive an item that is in the wrong color or size than the one you originally order, please email us a picture of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 48 hours upon receipt of the order get a replacement.
We can offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under the below criteria:
- Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
- We sent the wrong item – size, style, color.
- Parcels that are lost in transit.
- Measurements are provided in each product’s description to help you get a more accurate fit. We do not bear responsibility due to NON-RECEIPT or REFUSAL because the item that does not fit you.
Note: Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.
Loosely Store will not be held liable to any misroute parcels.
How do I return a product?
If the item you have bought does not suit you for some reason, you can return it within 7 days following the delivery date. The team does not bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please note that returns can sometimes take up to 30 days to reach us. If you return a product without the return form, the refund may take longer. The corresponding refund will be made once your return is received. Please also note that only products in perfect condition and in their original packaging will be refunded. The refund delay depends on your bank and may vary.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to- Room 305 Al Owais Bldg Deira Dubai Port Saeed.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product to- Room 305 Al Owais Bldg Deira Dubai Port Saeed.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 100 Dhs, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
